Conditions for Return/Replacement & Refund Policy:
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.
- If an incorrect product was delivered to you than mentioned in the order.
Each piece has product description and is unique! A slight variation in the colour and dimentions can be expected due to inherent property of raw material being used to manufacture the product. Such variations are not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, the customer must notify "Desi Sellers" by email within 24 hours with video/pictures clearly showing the defect or damage.
In such cases, the product must be returned to us with the original packing intact, strictly within a period of 3 days after receiving a response from our side. We would check the product for any manufacturing defect or transit damage and notify if the product is liable for an exchange or repair accordingly.
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Any product returned without its original packaging
- Purchases made during SALE are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
- Any product that is returned in a condition that is different that in which it was delivered.
In case of return, the customer can only get it exchanged by any other product of same or higher value by paying the difference amount or you can get a credit note that can be redeemed for future purchase with a validity of 2 Months.
Please note that the replacement of products is allowed only once per order.
Conditions for Refund:
We don't encourage refunds as we incur heavy cost in packaging and shipping of products. We strive to give you best experience by giving quality products with best packaging and courier service.
But as lovely as our products maybe, we understand that sometimes they do not fit in your home as expected. In such cases products liable for return will have to be couriered back to us wherein all costs will be borne by the customer.
Once we receive the shipment back as per the return policy, we will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only in the form of credit coupon of the same value.
Shipping charges paid if any at the time of placing the order are not refundable.
Cancellation
After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order only if the order is not being dispatched from our premises. Once the dispatch of the order has been made, we do not accept any cancellations on orders.
In case of cancellation, no credit refund will be given on the amount of purchase in any case whatsoever, but you can get a credit note that can be redeemed for future purchase with a validity of 2 Months. The customer can also get it exchanged by any other product of same or higher value by paying the difference amount.
Note: Any delay in delivery due to unexpected circumstances in transit, the order cannot be cancelled. In such case of cancellation, no credit refund will be provided.
1. Item condition: All items must be returned in unused, unworn, original condition with tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original condition with packaging and tags. We will not accept items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.
2. Sale : Products purchased during the sale period / discounted pricing are not eligible for returns.
